Our order fulfilment process


Step 1

Reach out. Get a quote. Set up an account

When you contact us, we will evaluate your products, inventory requirements, and target market to determine if we are a suitable match for your needs. We will also address any inquiries you may have about our work process and the services we offer. After setting up your account, our next step is to receive your products at our warehouse facilities. We will diligently organize, store, and prepare your items for smooth and efficient shipping.



Step 2

Send us your products

After setting up your account, we will proceed to get your products into our warehouse facilities. Our team will carefully organize, store, and prepare your products for efficient shipping. Upon arrival of your products, we will cross-check the quantities and product details with the replenishments or packing list provided. If there are any discrepancies, our Customer Service representative will promptly inform you. Once all the products are confirmed to be correct, they will be recorded in our system to ensure accurate postage. Your inventory will then be stored in its designated location. Whenever a product is shipped, your inventory account will be automatically updated to reflect the new inventory levels.



Step 3

Warehousing

After conducting a thorough inspection and keeping a detailed record, we store the goods in clean, secure, and suitable storage facilities. We ensure cost-effectiveness by allocating the most economical storage space for each carton, so you will only be charged for the space you actually use.



Step 4

Pick&Pack

Once an order is placed through of our WMS system and after it inspection our teams are prepared to fulfill it promptly. Our floor team will choose the most affordable packaging option for each order, unless you instruct them with any specific packaging requirements. By utilizing advanced technology and well-trained fulfillment teams our typical turnaround time 24-48h.



Step 5

Shipping

After your products are packed and the boxes/pallets are marked, they are released to any carrier of your choice, to any marketplace or end customer.
