We occupy 2 buildings, 60,000+ sq ft of storage space in total, 16 loading docks total, 8 of them with dock levelers.

Our facility is insured and secured, we do have general liability insurance, security and fire sprinkler system.

Warehousing and fulfillment on site. All the services provided by our trained team only.

We are a multifunctional prep center and have been in the industry since 2017, and offer the following services:

- cross-docking
- consolidation/deconsolidation
- last mile delivery, express delivery, LAX airport/LA sea port pick ups, delivery from bonded warehouses (box trucks, 53’ dry vans, bobtail available)
- storage (short, long-term)
- FBA prep services
- FBM prep services
- Other warehouse services available upon request

Our typical turnaround time - 24-48h, except processing returns.

Yes, you can use both Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and merchant fulfillment (FBM, or Fulfillment by Merchant) in combination. We provide assistance for both FBA and FBM services concurrently.

Yes, our shipping covers all of the United States. We provide nationwide shipping services to ensure that customers from all across the country can receive their purchases.

Yes, we do ship internationally (except for dangerous goods).

We offer competitive pricing for product storage, with flexible options to suit varying business needs. Our rates are designed to help businesses save on storage costs, optimizing their overall operational expenses. We charge storage by cubic, prorated daily and we do not increase our storage fees during the pick season. And you won't have any overstock or removal orders issues.

Our pricing model includes inventory storage, fulfillment (pick and pack), returns, and relabeling. The pricing chart will be customized as per your business needs. The pricing standards are simple and transparent. You are welcome to contact us for more details.

Storage fees are charged in cubic feet, which is more cost efficient. You won't be able to see this option in many warehouses but it proved to be more cost efficient than "by pallet" storage as you pay for actual size of your cartons rather than for pallets spaces limited by their height.

No paid subscriptions. We do not charge a monthly subscription fee either. The seller only needs to pay for the chosen inventory storage fees and fulfillment services.

Amazon offers its customers the option to return and exchange goods without any conditions. However, most of these returned goods are not resold on the platform. This policy leads to losses for sellers. However, A-Storage Hub, on the other hand, can replace labels or packaging for products and sell them again. This can help sellers maximize their profits.

Quality problems with the product, product labels, or external packaging damage do not have an impact on sales. Returns can be re-labeled and returned to inventory to ensure that your product remains available for future orders.

All incoming cartons shall be marked appropriately and contain the following:

3. number of units inside the box

Yes, certainly. We will accept your shipment and add it to the Inventory in the App, after which you will be able to create orders for shipments.

The receiving process includes the following steps:

1. Unloading the shipment.
2. Identifying the shipment.
3. Identifying the contents of the shipment.
4. Allocating inventory spots.
5. Putting products away.
6. Updating inventory.

No, not at all. We are ready to work with experienced sallers as well as newcomers. We understand that beginners in the field of e-commerce face many difficulties at the start of their journey. We are ready to partner with everyone.
