A few more details
Good questions. Clear answers.
What to know about platform access, integrations, and day-to-day use.
Is the platform included with fulfillment services?
Yes. ASTORAGEHUB Platform is provided as part of our warehousing and fulfillment services, with no separate software subscription fee. Use it to send requests and work directly with our warehouse team.
Which sales channels can I connect?
Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. Orders from connected channels enter the platform automatically, and fulfillment status and tracking are sent back after shipment. Available settings and workflows depend on the connected channel.
Can I connect my own system through an API?
Yes. The ASTORAGEHUB API supports integration with external business systems. Developer documentation is available through the platform. Review it with your technical team to confirm the available operations, permissions, and limits for your workflow.
When does inventory become reserved?
The system reserves the required units when an order is created, before picking or shipping. Reserved quantities are shown separately and excluded from the stock available for new orders, so the same units cannot be allocated again.

Yes. Inventory includes batch details such as receiving dates, original and remaining quantities, and expiration dates, if recorded. You can also review recorded dates in the Expirations section.
Can I use the platform on my phone?
Yes. Open the platform in a web browser on a computer or phone. Each client company has one account. There is no separate mobile app.
Can I change a warehouse request after submitting it?
You can save a draft and add products before submitting the order. After submission, changes are restricted by the workflow. If you need to adjust a submitted request, contact our team through Support.
How do I share instructions and follow updates?
Attach files, labels, and instructions when creating a warehouse request. Support provides two-way messaging with our team and keeps your conversation history. In Settings, you can choose notification preferences, including available SMS options.
